I have applied for M.Eng program in 2 universities. I just passed B.Tech from INDIA, my university takes around a year to issue degree certificate, in lieu with that i have provided provisional degree certificate from college, but both universities in which i have applied( uni. of manitoba, unive. of victoria) are asking for final degree certificate, in this concern i visited my university but they refused to issue me final degree certificate as it takes around 1 year, so they provided my migration certi. and Provisonal degree certificate.
But universities i have applied in are stating that without official copy of orignl degree certificate they would give me conditional admission (if i admitted). What should i do nw? Whether i can apply for visa with conditional letter ? i have applied for May intake. plz suggest

Yes, you can apply for visa with your conditional LOA.


I was in the similar situation with the University of Pune, but I paid Rs. 800 'special fees' and got Graduate Degree Certificate within 1 month. The normal time for issuance is around 8 months for which you pay Rs. 200.


Even my LOA was conditional upon receipt of 'Attested Photocopy of Individual Marksheets' (Not a sealed Transcript!).

budddy u can apply with conditional same situation here so dun worry .....and mostly they give atleast one year in condition to full fill so u can get that easily
