Condition on Visitor Record

Hello, I am in Canada as a temporary worker and my Spouse and Child Visitor record has below condition, Could you explain what exactly this meant?

"MUST REPORT FOR OBSERVATION AND/OR TREATMENT, MEDICAL FORMS EMAILED SEPARATELY"

But we haven't received any mails or communication so far on this and above all we already had medical examination done in home country as part of TRV application process.

Looks like CIC wants to put you under medical surveillance. Did you test positive for hepatitis or some other communicable disease?

No if that is the case we would have notified in home country itself when we have given the Tests during the TRV process.

You have the same message about medical observation. Would call IRCC. Looks like the medical surveillance information may have gotten lost somewhere.
