admission in fleming college

dear friends please help me how can i got Canadian study visa . I got 6 bands in ielts and done B.tech in electronics and communication(with 75.12%)n 2011, Masters in electronics specialization in embedded system design with 67% in 2013 October.Also apply for fleming college, but refusal and they said you have not satisfy me that length of proposed stay in Canada, purpose of visit,limited employment prospects in your country of residence, your current employment situation, your personal assets and financial status . Please guide me what i do, My desire is go canada and live there for future.
