Concordia University - Quebec PR rules

Hello,

I have the admit from Concordia University for MEngg ECE (45 credit). Tuition fee for entire course is $25000. Does anyone knows the rules for obtaining PR after Masters degree from Quebec region. I mean the rules are different from other provinces right. Is it worth spending this amount in Quebec?

Please help me with this confusion.

French language is a requirement for quebec.....u should be able to speak french
