Did some further searching and came to conclusion that if one has 4 year undergraduate (baccalaureate) degree, then the applicant does not need to provide any other documents beside the official copy of university transcript.
Now if CUCA requires further documents, they will let the applicants know.
If anyone has different experience or understanding, i would definitely like to hear about it. But for me as of right now, I am just planning on sending them my official transcript.
