Concern about the process

Hello All,

Not sure if this is too late to ask , but im still going to try.

I'm applying for PG diploma in Supply chain at Langara College (Jan 2017 intake), Thompson rivers (Jan 2017 intake) and UNBC (Sept 2017 intake).

Is it too late for Jan 2017 intake??

I'm 31 years old with 3 years of experience in 2 Top companies. of these 1 year at entry level and 2 years at professional level experience. I had done an MBA , but it turns out my MBA was not an approved course in that university. I tried to apply for transcripts but they blandly refused.

I have done a private course for 1 year along with MBA (part time - Sunday only) but there was no exam, so there are transcripts.

Can I mention this in SOP ? but I don't have any transcripts because there no exam conducted..

Due to this and several other reasons, I now have a full 4 year gap between my bachelors and 2012. So I will not be applying under SPP category.

I have absolutely no explanation about this except in 2011, one of my parent had blood cancer and I can probably show medical emergency.

I had given IELTS (General) for Express entry where my score was overall 7.0 (Reading 6.5, Writing 6.0, Speaking 7.5, Listening 8.0). My TOEFL is scheduled next week.

Do Colleges accept IELTS General ?

I have already applied for transcripts which I will get by end of September. Most colleges deadline is Oct 31. Langara is i think Nov 30.

My entire education will be funded by my sister who is married and she is a citizen of USA.

How does the process work if a US citizen is funding my education, who opens GIC account and who has to show money in bank account ?

Also please let me know if finding a job will be better for my age /experience or going for studying.

P.S. The PG diploma is for 2 years.

Since u already have mba u should go for master degree in canada

Ielts general is not accepted. U need academic module score

Anyone can fund your education with a sponsorship letter on stamp paper.

Gic account will be opened in ur name i canada bank scotia or icici. U have to transefer money in that account.

Try to fill in the gaps with experience if u dont have papers for ur study.
