Hey everyone,

I just got my AOR in April and after reviewing the documents that I submitted recently, I was a little bit concerned. I am a PhD student in the US and I claimed my working experience from Sep 2015 to Apr 2020 as TA/RA for 20 hrs/week. I was fully paid during that period. However, there were two months, in July 2017 and October 2018, in which the payments were not paid on time, They were paid to me the following months and the amount in those that I was paid in those two months was only half the amount than usual. I just attached a letter from the HR department explaining it was due to my rehire submission was late from the department and I was still hired by the university during those two months in my LOE.

Will that be a problem since the amounts in those two late payments were significantly lower than my usual monthly payments.

I need to know about your opinion @legalfalcon.

Thanks

i don't think they care about those details they won't look deep into your statements. you are submitting proof not your entire history!

Thanks, so the monthly payments variation doesn't matter that much?
they won't even look into it. they care about you not lying about being a salaried employee
