I am planning to apply for my parent's Super Visa. But their name has mismatch in my passport. So looking for recommendations for best possible solution on What to put as first name and what to put as last name.
Using sample names, My Parents Name in My Passport:
Father: John Michael Doe
Mother: Jane Doe
Father's Passport:
Given Name: John Michael
Surname/Last Name: - [Blank]
Spouse Name: Jane Emily Doe (Emily being my mother's maiden name)
Mother's Passport:
Given Name: Jane Emily
Surname/Last Name: - [Blank]
Spouse Name: John Michael Doe
I am planning to get an Affidavit that my father is known by names: John Michael Doe and John Michael
and my mother is known by the names: Jane Doe, Jane Emily Doe and Jane Emily
But to start the application what should i put as their First Name and Last Name.
