Hi Everyone,
My friend has a complex case and she needs help, but it is so confusing please help me with your suggestions.

She was taking an online cause at University of Calgary and later was pregnant, decided to get a temporary visa to come to Calgary with her family, took a some courses n class at the university. After 2 months she gave. After 2 month she went to extend her temporary visa and at the boarder she was told she is not suppose to study on a temporary Visa. She was given a Ban for 6 months. For the mean time she applied for immigration Old system in December 2014. Now she has applied for Master's Degree and she has been offered admission.

My question what are her chances of getting the student visa and what papers can really to support her visa application.

Thanks and waiting.

She studied illegally in Canada which is why she was given the ban. There is no point applying for a study permit until the ban has been completed.

Once the ban is over, she will need to show that she has strong ties to her home country in order to be approved for a study permit.

By my understanding if she got officially banned she had to complete her ban. No other way till the completion.
