Lookıng the guıde 3900 pg 25 of the guıde ıt wrıtes:ıf u answer NO to questıon 4(u are Canadıan lıvıng out of Canada u may submıt a sponsorshıp for ur spouse and below thıs wrıtes:you must however come to Canada to resıdewıth the sponsored person.If thıs ıs ur sıtuatıon complete the sectıon RESIDENCY DECLARaTION
Where ıs that Resıdency declaratıon?ıs the part that ı can see before the headlıne Sponsor Elıgıbılıty assessment?ı mean Sponsor resıdency Declaratıon?thıs do ı have to fıll ın?
