Can you advice me how to check the PNP program eligibility for my NOC 3131 (pharmacist), category under skilled A worker.

Honestky don’t know what province you would be eligible got given you don’t have job offer & your NOC may be on ineligible lists because it is a licensed profession. Focus on good IELTS scores for EE.

You must be careful as your NOC for PNPs must match your education. So you have a doctor in pharmacy but your NOC is technician (college) so it will not be accepted. As I said you and your spouse need strong IELTS scores.
