I completed 6 months then lost the job, is my Ohip Valid? If yes for how many months. I came on LMIA closed work permit.

Yes until the expiry date which should match your work permit. You won't be able to work for another enployer unless you get a new WP from an employer who has an LMIA. Obviously if you had benefits from your employer those will stop so your out of pocket expenses will increase.
