Complete documents query

A small question - is it ok to send complete documents in plastic folder with separators - i personally feel it will look more professional and clear.

May be you can have an index and mark page number on the attachments. (do not write page number on the forms). The index may be attached after the VO checklist and before the attachments. It would be easy for the CIO/VO to find your papers.
