I am A civil engineer looking to immigrate to Canada.I have a question that what will be diiference between Express entry sustem and current system in terms of chances for a candidate to get qualified.
Please specify pros and cons of current system compared to the future system.
I myself have delayed my immigration process due to thoughts that if i apply now my application can get rejected due to fill up of the qouta.I thought applying from January 2015 shall be much better compared to applying now.
I need your kindful advice.
