Hello Friends, just need to confirm that I have company letterhead for my previous organisation and my colleague is ready to sign. However, he doesn't have business card but he has company ID so is it sufficient for reference letter??

Please suggest

Yes, just notarize his declaration of duties/responsibilities.

This should be company letterhead so is it required to notarised compulsory??
I read that if you will do on plain paper with then I have to go for notarisation.

Please advise

I would suggest it since it is a colleague (not a supervisor) declaring your duties.

No notary or business card in this case.

Remember that the only mandatory document is the reference letter, everything else you can add is a plus.
