I'm new on the forum and I tried to find a similar topic but couldn't find.
For the NOC I'm applying (2282), I have exactly 3 years of work experience, divided in:
- 6 Months an employee of a big IT Company, allocated on one of their customers
- 2 Years in a company that was sold (billionaire acquisition), but I was not their employee, I was an employee of an intern management company that this company hired to manage their interns (30 hours/paid)
- 6 Months on the company that bought the first one
I have a few questions about the 2 Years experience:
- Should I request the letter to be signed by the company I was contracted (intern management company) or by the company I actually worked on?
- I have good relationship with my former boss (it was the same boss from the 2nd/3rd company), but they cannot provide this letter signed as the former company (that no longer exists). What would be the best option?
I have a template of a NOC 2282 that I got from this forum and I've made a few modifications. Do you guys think that it's ok? As the responsibilities and duties from the three companies were basically the same, I plan to use the same letter, only with slightly changes to adapt from one job to another.

This letter will serve to confirm that MY_FULL_NAME is a former full-time employee of COMPANY NAME NAME worked as a Help Desk Technical Support Analyst (NOC 2282) from June 16, 2014 to January 01, 2015, and was paid R$ XXXX,XX for the total of six months of work.
His responsibilities as a Help Desk Technical Support Analyst include but not limited to:
• Provide technical support for resolution of computer and applications problems including, configuration and repair, account provisioning, application support, software download and network related issues
• Providing support via phone to all employees of ____ (their customer name),
• Providing support by remotely logging into employees computers to analyze and fix issues
• Diagnose and resolve software and network issue at store end level.

• Educate end users via user guides, technical manuals, and inside Knowledge Management System
• Take the initiative to identify trends / opportunities and ensure appropriate action is taken

• Contribute to companys' knowledge assets through the Knowledge Management System
