Hello Everyone!

I am residing in the United States on a H1B work permit and am applying for my second TRV. My question is around the supporting documentation for current employment. My company was acquired after I got my H1B stamped on my passport. As a result my employment verification letter is under a different company name when compared to the petitioner on the H1B. To make things more confusing my old company is considered to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the new company and as a result all my pay stubs still state my old company's name. Will this cause any issues with the application process? Are there any additional documents I should submit to explain the situation?

This may seem like a silly question, but I also want to double check the "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?" question. I have a previous TRV which expired in 2009 and am currently applying for a new one. I just want to verify that I should answer "Yes" to the question and provide details of my previous visa.

Thanks!
