All the company's I have ever worked for never had an official seal. The reference letter however asks for it. How do I take care of this?

Bhavna as you mentioned that its a US based company and it doesn't put stamps on letters given to employees then it will be fine.

I have seen documents which are original reference letters and they do not have the company's stamp just the signatures and the business card of the person signing it.

Hi Bhavna,

Even here in UK, i haven't seen any concept of Official Seal, it's just the letter head with person signing it, with all their contact and fax details in the letter head. No concept of stamping docs here either.
