Hello Everybody.Can Someone tell me,What is the benefits of coming to Canada Through Community sponsorship (asylum seeking).
Can I take back to my country regularly If I stay in Canada with this way?Please Tell me About every detail of this prosess thoroughly.Thanks A lot.
 
Definitely can't return to your country for many years until you are a citizen. Returning can lead to losing your status in Canada. You have to show that you life is in danger in the country to get approved in the first place,

A Group of Five (G5) is five or more Canadian citizens or permanent residents who have arranged to sponsor a refugee living abroad to come to Canada.

G5s may only sponsor applicants who are recognized as refugees by either the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) or a foreign state. The principal applicant MUST already have refugee status. Having refugee status means that an authorized body has found that an individual meets its refugee definition. This authorized body can either be the UNHCR or the government of the country (i.e., foreign state) where the refugee is now living.

So, you can't return to your own country and you can't use that country's passport.

Could you please tell me the process step by step? Some People tell me you can send the video to the community that you are the troubles situation and something like that,is it true?

The first step is to move out of your home country and be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR. Have you done that yet? That's the first step. You can't do anything else until you've completed this first step.

Unless you already know people in Canada or have become connected to some organization, such as a church or a charity, there is nowhere to send a video to. Who is offering to sponsor you? If you have nobody yet, you probably don't have much of a chance to make the "group of 5" sponsorship work.

Thanks A lot.The last Question is that How long it takes for getting the legal refugee status after entering the Canada?
 
Also I would like to know,When can I get work permit after applying refugee,How long it takes from it?Can I work untill it?

In a previous posting you were asking about the LMIA process and or getting a work permit from WITHIN Canada. So the question being “ Are you inside the country or outside the country?”, because it seems, correct me if I’m wrong , your main focus is in getting a work permit

It can take up to 2 years to determine if you are even eligible for refugee status. And then another 2 years to get PR status if your claim is successful.
