I am in a process to help my elder brother in express entry application and need guidance. I have myself gone through the study/work/PR process before and understand how painful it can be.
I need guidance in understanding what are the common problems/issues faced in express entry especially from dubai visa office. I have read the guide but with my experience with CIC, I have always found that requirement can be quite difference for each region. My brother has already received the invitation to apply.
Common Issues I have googled yet:
- Wife's maiden surname (which is father name) and after marriage, surname changes to husband's first name. People from South Asia would understand what I am talking about? How to tackle that? Affidavit, old passport, new passport would work? Please note education documents are in maiden name and WES has validated them as per maiden name
- Bank Statement: Solid bank statement available for last 7/8 months showing C$50k on average balance (he has family of 4 including him). What's must to have on those statements? Although, the balance in the account is quite higher than the required, but the account activity for last six months shows balance in the account going down from C$80k to $50k due to some investment being done.. should i applicant explain why the balance has gone down along with the investment documents?
- Please advise what are common issues in experience letter? What must be on those letters.
- Previously, applicant visit visa to Canada & US has been refused, any suggestion on that? Does it impact?
