I have a question regarding common law and what constitutes co-habitation. How many days a week would count?

I am English and am looking to apply for PR being sponsored as a common-law of my Canadian girlfriend of 3 years. We began living together in September 2016 and rented an apartment together until April 2017. At this point we left our lease and changed addresses for driving licenses etc to my partners parents house. I then lived where I worked for 4 months but my partner (who works in education) had the summer off work to holiday and travel and essentially came and went as she pleased. She would spend several days most week living with me, and then at other times she would travel and sleep in her van or I would visit her somewhere. She spent more time with me than at any other individual address, but did spend a lot of time away. She did visit her parents also but spent less time with them than she did with me. There was also one stint of around 3 weeks where she did work in another place and i visited her each week during my time off.

She wasn't on my lease and neither of us had bills go to this address but I can prove this situation and get statements from my coworkers to testify to how much time she was around and how much we saw each other. Does this count as cohabiting?

No, that is not considered cohabiting. You weren't actually living together for many months. What was the living situation for the rest of 2017 until now?
