Hi everyone!
I'm a canadian citizen and my girl friend is an haitian citizen
I would like to know what else can we do if we never live together in the same house to proove that we are living in common-law?
thank you.

I don't think you can classify as common law if you don't live together. It's easier if you just get married.

I think there is conjugal for people for some reasons haven't been able to qualify as common law because they can't live together but it is hard to classify for that.

thanks for your answers.
I have one last thing. What do you know about the conjugal category? What is the requirements?
