We weren't sure if the received letter is AIP but, after reading so many threads in the forum it was more clear..

Does AIP mean that they checked all of our proof of relationship information that we provided (eg images, lease etc)? or they may still look into that details in the future?

Yes, it means they have reviewed all the relationship proof and determined you qualify. The next step is the Permanent Resident interview ("landing" interview) where they will finalize your application.
