Hi, I sponsored my partner to become a permanent resident in Canada, he has now been a PR for 3 years. We recently broken up (on good terms) but I am trying to figure out if I need to declare this. I am having a hard time finding any information about how to do this, if I even have to. Thanks in advance :)

No - you don't need to declare this anywhere.
