Electronic statements are fine. It's not much. What does your partner have?
My partner currently has her bank statement drivers license, we both have our college transcript she went to York university (different from my college) as I said before old sin records dating back from 2018. Also has her credit card account. I have a dental claim I filled out for my international insurance that also Lists my address. Is this enough?

Does it meet the checklist requirements and span at least one year?

Her parents should also write a letter confirming your cohabitation.

My family and hers are currently writing letters and having them notarized confirming that I have lived with them since ever coming to Canada. She’s even in my brothers wedding this upcoming July. Some proofs are in the checklist and some are not but hey, as much proof as possible is a good thing. I also contacted my college I attended and my transcripts etc are all registered to our address. I just don’t know if they will accept them.

Do you tick off all of the required proofs on the checklist?

No I haven’t. That would be good that way I stay organized. Canuck are you Canadian or a PR yourself?

I meant, do you have the proofs required by the checklist?

Canadian who sponsored a partner.

I don’t have every single thing on the checklist but I have enough required for the sponsorship application to be accepted I believe. Even if selected for an interview we are both confident enough in our relationship to prove that it is genuine and not entered into the purpose of obtaining PR status in Canada. I always get concerned and come on this forum expressing my worries on every application I’ve ever submitted. Always turned out fine in the end. Just want to make everything perfect as it is a PR application its very important that it’s done the right way.

As long as you meet the checklist requirements, you should be fine. Pretty much no chance of an interview.

I never filled out a declaration of common law union page, but I have mentioned in my LOEs. I don’t know how the declaration of common law works. I read that If you were previously in a common law relationship before that you had to fill one out. Never knew if it would help my case or not. What do you think?

Anything helps. If you have included in other applications like for your work permit and any LOE. Would have helped if your common law would have actually listed you as common law on her taxes. Once she reviles you can submit that. The Case officer looks at all the pieces of evidence to form a decision.

Ok I will follow these instructions going forward. Thanks!! Also will the officer have access to previous applications from the past to see the things I said in my LOE? I hope because I want to provide as much as possible.

Hey Canuck after reviewing everything I realize we have no proof of ownership of property no rental agreement no joint utility accounts no vehicle insurance and I don’t have my Ontario license and I stated a couple posts up. She has a license though. All I can check is other documents issued to me or my sponsor showing same address which is tax forms bank statements etc. I am really not sure what to do. If I get my license situation solved and my girlfriends mother adds me to their insurance which my girlfriend is listed under can I use this to satisfy this requirement on the check list ?

Get a notarized letter from the parents in place of a lease or rental agreement.

You need to make sure you meet the requirements of the checklist.

What do you think about the car insurance? Her mother is the primary account holder but my girlfriend is listed on the insurance and I could be as well.

If she writes a notarized letter explaining that we live with them and that all utility accounts are in her name then maybe include Where it shows us on her insurance registered to our address ? Also for government issued documents can I use my old study permit from the end of 2017 as proof too? I just don’t know if they will send the application back because it’s not accepted proof. Have you ever seen other people do it on the forum?
