common law sponsor

hi guys ,

i have a bit doubt about sponsorship. im currently inside canada as a student and been together with my partner for 14 month who is canadian citizen . my question is
1.do we need proof of common law like a certificate before we apply for sponsorship PR ?
2.my bf is under social assistance as a disability , can he still be able to sponsor me as i know he not meet the requirement income
3.should we apply for outland or inland application as my visa will be expire july 2021
4.he was have a conditional discharge but does not have a conviction ,how ever he was on probation and just end last month , can he still meet the eligibelity for be a sponsor ?

1. Have you lived together for at least 12 months? If you have, do you have proof of that?

2. What do you mean social assistance? What province are you in? What is the assistance called. Only welfare will disqualify the sponsor though you may need to prove how you will provide for yourselves.

3. Do you plan on leaving Canada at anytime? If not, I would suggest inland.

4. Not sure about the charge, it will depend what the nature of the charge is. You will need to elaborate to give people a chance to give you an answer.

yes we living for a year already and have a rental agreement under both our name . he is under people with disability we are in BC also my planing s going back for vacation to my home in september , and i dont know how to eleborate the post

I’m not familiar with BC. Here in Ontario, our welfare is called Ontario Works. You need to explain what the charge was.
