Hey guys, This is my first time posting.
My boyfriend is applying for PR and putting me as his common law partner. We are getting everything ready for the application he has done the english test and im just wondering:
If i will be called to do a medical exam as well?
On the Fee payment form (IMM5620) Where exactly does he put payment for me? Is it in the "Each family member aged 22 or old" section?
What proof does my boyfriend need to provide for the employment part? Is it just a letter from his employer? Or will he be asked to provide more proof? (He is a carpenter)
Sorry for all the questions, hopefully someone can help me out?
Thanks

Yes

Explained clearly in the checklist.

Or will he be asked to provide more proof? (He is a carpenter)

Hi

As mentioned in checklist:
Must:
Copy of most recent work permit
Copies of Most recent T4 and NOA.
Job letter detailing the duties and roles as per the NOC code of job held (under any of skill level 0, A or B). This letter is the most important key for pass/ fail as you ca find in many threads posted in this forum that people are getting their applications rejected because of non-clarity of job description. Other important point to be included in job letter are "dates from and to" the position was held, wages per hour or annual salary and benefits, hours worked (full time means 30hours per week now).
Also the job letter has to have company's or employer's signature, designation, letterhead etc that you can find on # 10 of the document checklist. Refer to that... :)

Thank you so much pmpm that's very helpful, we had received letter from the employer and i was thinking it wasn't specific enough, i will request another more detailed one.
Thanks again i really do appreciate it. :)
