Hi there,

My partner of 6 years and I are planning to apply for Express entry through federal skilled worker program soon. We have been common law partners for over a year. We plan to submit the following as proof of our relationship:
Rental agreement with supporting letter from the owner, letter from bank stating we have a joint account, letter from friends and employer (with contact info and their passport copy for identification), some boarding passes and stamps of travels, photos, tax forms addressed to our home address, a few emails and message exchanges.

Is this sufficient?

Additionally, we noticed that we need some documents to be notarized. We are indians so we dont know how to go about this as our country doesnt fully recognize common law. We live in and work in singapore as well, they dont fully recognize it here either. Could anyone tell me their experience with this?
The statutory declaration is also a bit of a concern because of this.

Thank you!!

There is a form - Statutory Declaration of Common-law - that you can have notarised (i.e., have your signature witnessed) whether it is a relationship locally recognised or not.
