I need to extend my open work permit before it expires on November 30th.
My PR is currently being assessed and I have the Open Work Permit whilst I await their decision. ( I applied from within Canada). I am wanting to extend it.
I'm not sure what documents I need to send them to extend, my understanding is I need to send IMM5710. Are there any other documents I need to send? For example IMM5409E Statutory Declaration of Common-law? I was thinking I don't as this was sent with my original application and it is a decent hassel to have it notorized etc again...
Any help would be greatly appreciated as i'm starting to freak out!
