Im holding a post graduation work permit & my common law partner will extend his work permit based on my PGWP.
Online the document requiered are:
1. Application change condition remain in canada as a worker (IMM 5710)
2. Passport
3. Digital Photo
4. Statuary declaration CommonLaw (IMM5409)
5. Schedule1. Application for a temporary resident visa Outside Canada (IMM 5257)
6. Client information
My question is Where are we gonna submit the following documents:
- Common Law partner Proof of employment & paystubs
- Proof of common law relationship
Should I just attach everything with the
Statuary declaration CommonLaw and the letter of employment and paystub in Client information? Or everything together in Cliente information?
