Me and my common law spouse have canadian pr and no conditions, since we applied before 2012 when the changes were made. What are the residency obligations for us. Is it 2 out of 5 years or they have changed.
We got our immigrant visa to canada on 24 January 2014 and we both have visit at different times.
I heard from someone that if you don't live in canada after getting PR for 1 year then they would possible revoke it. Is that true.

I'm not sure what 2012 changes you are referring to. There have been no changes in the last several years to the PR residency requirement. And conditional PR does not apply to FSW applications.

To maintain PR status, you must live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 rolling years. This has been the rule for a long time now and it hasn't changed.
