I am applying for post graduate open work permit on April and I would like to include my common law partner. Our initial application has been denied while I was still studying reason is that my partner failed to declare us as a common law on her application while she was still here last 2015. We have no idea that we can declare it even if we have not signed anything. Philippines has no common law status so we thought we have to sign a statutory declaration before we can officially declare we are in common law partnership. We were living together in Philippines since 2010. She went here first 2012 and I followed 2014 as a TFW. We signed our statdec 2016. I was wondering what can I do to include her in my post grad permit application. Thank you and I apologize for the lengthy post.
