Visitors in Canada continue to have access to work permits
Extension of a temporary policy introduced a year ago to help employers find workers and allow temporary residents to enter the workforce.

PA just arrived in Canada under TRV (Family reunification/extended family member of a Canadian citizen/in an exclusive dating relationship).
Sponsor is a Canadian citizen. We will apply for Common Law partnership next year once we meet the 1 year cohabitation requirement.
Question: Can she apply for Open Work Permit now (she is less than 1 month here).
If yes, can she apply for any work available here?
