Common Law App - Generic form, DEPENDANTS: parents? brother?

Hi again
I have to questions.
in generic form there is a question about dependants.

1. I am being sponsored by my common-law partner, so as I understand, I do not include him here, yes?
2. do I put my parents and my brother there as "other"? I am not sponsoring them, but it is written I should list all family members.

I just opened ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION, and have more questions from similar field.

So, question number 3: do I put my common-law spouse here?
I of course put my parents to this form.
And my brother?

My brother is 32years old, adding just in case

Hi

As stated in the guide:

Family members

Your family members include your spouse or common-law partner, your dependent children and any children that are their dependent children.

When CIC refers to family members, it includes only the above. When they specifically refer to your parents or siblings, as on IMM5406, then yes, you must list them.
