Common in law application- sponsor lost her job

Hi every one

My girlfriend (sponsor) and I have submitted common in law application 2018 April. Now the application is under background check.

My girlfriend recently lost her job just to be specific she was terminated meaning fired.

We have been wondering if the sponsor lose their job. How this can affect pr application.

As long as she doesn’t go on welfare and you can still support yourselves without government help (EI excluded)

Oh yeah that's no problem I'm self employed and can support each other so we will not go for welfare.
