latest reforms will increase the backlog
 
i dont know how fair this is for the applicant to make new policy in effect immediately....CIC should have given atleast 15 days notice to the in transit applicants as well as almost ready applicant....

CIC has every right to add or eliminate occupation list as per canada economic need, however they should also respect the people's feeling who are almost ready with their applications and about to send them...just my personal view on humanitarian ground...
