Comment my assessment for Quebec

1. If I get addmission in a french learning institute (other than French Allaince) and get enroll for french tests (DelfA1 and A2) , than will it be enough to apply QSW with these two proofs ?


2. I just visited Quebec official website and I found that,

How to prove proficiency in English..IELTS??yes than what points for what level of score
