Coming to canada

Hi all i planing to live in toronto and i have few questions.

1.I never been i Canada do i need any visa there i am Lithuanian

2.When i can become a PR how long do i need to be in canada i have enogh money to support me when i will be there

1. Whether you need a visa depends on what kind of passport you hold. See here for more information:

Note that a visa will only let you visit Canada. You are not allowed to live here.

2. If you wish to become a PR and live in Canada permanently, you will have to apply to immigrate through one of the following programs:
