I have another concern or question... I'm here in Canada holding visitor visa. If I exit and go back to my country of origin, when is the proper time can I return or come back to Canada again?

There is no "proper" time.

In general you should stay more time outside of Canada than inside in the last 12 months... so for example, if you stayed 6 months in Canada it is expected you will stay at least the next 6 months outside of Canada before your next visit.
