colleges without ielts??

I dont understand why u would want to take a chance by skipping english proficiency tests. there are clearly advantages to it and by not taking those tests u are taking a chance. If ur luck pans out u may get admission without Ielts and u might even get visa but just in-case u are not lucky why do u want to take that chance? rejection of visa or opting for college just cause it does not have ielts may cause more trouble for ur future. ur aim shouldnt be just getting visa it should be how the education u gonna peruse help ur career.
