Hi all,

Is there any College/University in Canada which offer Diploma/Undergraduate degree Program and:

Accept Grade 12 Education as Academic Requirement... and
Do not require IELTS....... :-* :-*
Require to pay Tuition Fee after arriving in College ;D

Please share your experience and oblige.

IELTS is almost a must condition.

You need to pay tuition fee in advance only if you are aspiring for a college level course. For University it's restricted to a nominal admission deposit.

I think, you can not get a Visa. ;D

You may get admission without IELTS (chances are extremely low!)

For visa, IELTS is a must condition.
