I am trying for Canadian PR in both the Category PR direct or through academics. Can anyone suggest which course would be best for the purpose and near Ontario?

Do you want in Ontario or near Ontario like Manitoba or Quebec? Honestly, you need to do some of your own research as we know nothing about you and your program of study. Google Ontario colleges or Ontario colleges with your program of study and research admission requirements. Pick a public institution.

Go for the program that interests you. People can suggest but if its not your thing, you may have a problem with the academics. For example, if somebody suggests microbiology and you are more into accounting based on prior study and experience, then transitioning may be hard.
