You must pay to do the 3 day hotel quarantine plan first and then you must discuss with the college whether there are any options. Usually you must follow the college quarantine program after doing the 3 day hotel quarantine. Now that there is a 3 day hotel quarantine there may be changes to the college quarantine programs.
