college or university transfer after 1 term

Hello,I am Bhavesh and I got admission in Conestoga college in sept-2017 but now the same course I found in alberta of 2 years so now I want to transfer the college.I had paid fees of first semester only so what is the process now of transfer and should I have to loose my fees of second semester??
