Please help......doubts in college to college transfer

Hi All,
Hope you all are fine.My sister-in-law is facing a problem here.She came to Canada in Dec 2011 on a student visa and joined Durham College.She took Chemical lab technician course which is for 16 months,back to back....no semester breaks. Now after 2nd semester she is completely stressed out and having some health issues so she desperately needs a break.So she decided to drop the 3rd semester and continue the course in Jan 2013.

When she asked the same in Durham College, she was told that she can join the 3rd semester in August 2013.Then we decided to take a transfer to another college.After some research we found a similar course in Humber College and Sheridan College. Even Durham College is fine to give the transfer.

Now she is fearing if this transfer of colleges will have an effect on the PGWP,employment and PR.Her visa is valid till April 2013.Can we extend it?? What about the PGWP???

Please suggest.

Hi Brothers, please give some advise.

1. Visa can be extended provided she proves herself as bonafide student.
2. She won't face problem in PGWP if the transfer is allowed by the institute and she meets the requirements of PGWP.
3. If she gets a job in NOC O,A,B and apply to PNP and PR then she may get PR.
