College level

College level, but doesnt have a degree. What should I input in the form post secondary no degree or post graduate no degree

I think it depends on the country of origin, as college means different levels in different countries. It would be post secondary no degree, for example, in Canada / US. Or high school level, if UK, roughly. What is the country of origin for the college level education?

These places do formal evaluation, if required, for a cost.
