College Lecturer category clarification

Hi seniors,

My wife is working in a government college as part time lecturer from last seven years, so can someone suggest under which NOC category i should apply (4131 or 4141)
This will be great help for me as i am planning to apply for immigration as early as possible under ministerial instructions.

4141 is for high school teachers as well as 4141 is not on the list of 38, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

oh...i have wrongly write 4141....I want to ask for 4121(university prof)

My wife is teaching chemistry and is lecturer (part -time) in a government college affiliated to University, so what you suggest should i apply under NOC 4131?

Look at both NOC's on the website and decide what fits her better.
