College delayed issue

Right now I'm in Canada on a study permit as a full time student & I can legally work up to 20 hours on/off campus but the problem is my college starting date is 11th June but they delayed for a month. So, my question is that can I work meanwhile?

I'd say no, because your study permit doesn't become active till your course actually starts.
