My friend just got admission in sheridan college for jan2013 in mechanical enginnering which was of 2 years......he got visa and after reaching canada he moved from toronto to winnipeg and got admission in red river college business administration course (2 years) and got fee refunded from sheridan college. so do he need to inform CIC(immigration officer) about his state n college chanGE???????

Does sheridan college asked you letter of acceptance from RRC?
If yes, they will inform CIC by themselves.

what was your friends profile? did he complete B.Tech in mech engg?

bro am also planning do the same got LOA from sheridan for mechanical engg after getting visa change to rrc
