There are many threads where this topic has been discussed.

I am in the same situation where got ITA with less then 12 month exp under CEC and all threads are confusing so I just wanted to post an accepted/rejected question and this would help a lot of other members who have same question

Please answer approved or rejected after accepting the ITA and submitting the documents under the less 12 months CEC category
